12 days

It's been 12 days since my last post about Alex. Part of that is because we were house-sitting last week; part of it has been because we've been doing a lot around our house. Ultimately, we've just been busy and I haven't prioritized it.

Enough about me, let's talk about Alex:

He's getting significantly bigger - at his 2 month checkup, the Dr. said he was in the 50th percentile for height, and 25th percentile for head/weight (10lbs 13oz, 23" long) That's up from 25th percentile across the board at his one month checkup.

For father's day, Jessica made a couple of onesies for Alex on my behalf - if you don't 'get it', don't worry - they're in reference to a video game we play.





While house-sitting, we took advantage of their pool and let Alex try out his new swimwear. He was pretty indifferent to the slightly cool water. He definitely enjoys the outdoors though, and he can look awfully cute all dressed up for the out-doors.





He's awfully talkative now; he likes to "goo" to himself and talk to everyone (especially his mom).




He's getting very mature. :)
