Oh hi!

When I see this picture, the first thing I think of is Alex saying "oh hi!" to someone he wasn't expecting but is happy to see. It is one of my favorite pictures to date.

So what is new with Alex? He's as alert as ever; he loves his bouncer and his friend "The Monkey" (on his little gymini). He loves his mom who dresses him so cutely and can always make him smile. He's incredible about putting himself to sleep - when its night time, we just give him a little cuddle and put him down - he'll be out in no time: often without ANY fussing (which is great). It's not too uncommon for us to wake up in the morning and walk in to his room to find him awake and alert observing his room. I'm really proud of Alex and how mature he's already become.

A new variation of "Tummy time" is to use the boppy pillow as a prop for him - he seems to like it pretty well.
