A walk in the park

It has been a while since I've posted anything - it's not to say that Alex hasn't done anything worth posting, it is to say that I haven't captured anything TO post - mix that with being pretty busy and you end up with an out-of-date blog.

Alex is getting more and more alert. He's able to focus on things for extended periods of time (we're talking 15 - 30 seconds here, folks - relatively speaking, that's a pretty large part of his life :)) He's also outgrown a number of the outfits that he was wearing just a month ago; speaking of a month ago, in 6 hours Alex will have been with us for 4 weeks. On the one hand, it seems like time has 'flown by' - but around 10:00pm, it seems like we've been at this for an eternity :) He is getting better through the night, and is generally sleeping in 3 - 4 hour increments.

Today we went for a walk in the park with Alex - unfortunately, due to the way the stroller is setup, you can't actually see Alex at all, but rest assured, he was in there.
