There aren't too many new things happening around here, but for the last week or so Alex has been randomly letting go of things and standing on his own for a second. It mainly happens by mistake, but a couple of times he did it on purpose.
Alex has some pretty neat "tricks" now. He can clap his hands, give kisses, play patty-cake, "blow us away" (where he blows air at us and we fall backwards), and... I forget what else ;) He also likes to snuggle up with his bear, and his favorite toy is this hard plastic snow man you can change the face on. In honor of Isabelle we call it his "nomansay" (how Steve remembers Isabelle saying "snowman").
Now for the pictures:
"Look mom, a bunch of stickers!"
Actually, he found my left over Christmas stamps. Most expensive stickers ever ;)
Helping me clean... Or something
Opening and closing the dresser door is great entertainment.
Reading tastes good.
Learning to walk.
The stool in this picture is supposed to be blocking him from going under Steve's desk. Apparently he found a way around the other side of the chair.
Then he shoved the stool out of the way so he could get out ;)

oh my lands what good pics and the food on that face! Whew!
It was so good seeing you guys. He is growing up quickly. I loved watching him in person with his kisses. That is precious! Poor wesley, he has been standing on his own for months now but has no interest in walking on his own. he is to 'comfy' in his own little world. I think he is gonna like to play with alex :) I like the photo of him moving the stool to get out :) Aunt Shelley
