As promised, some video of Alex. It took me forever this evening to find the camera and all the accessories needed for this, and even this is really not nearly as good as I'd like to see (recording to a SD card instead of to tape -> firewire -> video capture software), but hopefully it will get the point across. Unfortunately for everyone, I didn't have the camcorder ready when he was being really happy and active; this is just before bath and sleep time, so he can be a little grouchy.
I've got two different formats uploaded, so we'll see which one works best and i'll go that route in the future.
more soon - maybe even a blog entry from Jessica. . . :)
edit: Just after posting, and as Alex was going to sleep, he was being so quiet, peaceful, and sleepy I just had to grab some of it for everyone to see. warning, it's about 2 minutes long and will likely put you to sleep, but the monster yawn at the end is worth it. :) (well, worth it for a parent anyways :))

I love the videos. I finally had a chance to view a new blog before Andy. Believe it or not he checks your blogspot before anything else when he gets on the net! We can't wait to read a blog from Jessica. Keep on blogging, we look forward to hearing about every new adventure in Alex's life!
